Afraid to buy?  Please don't be. I have been selling (handmade children clothes) on Etsy since 2008 and I have managed to keep all my customers very happy since then.  

With over 600 sales, that's more than 500 happy customers!  (Wondering why with over 600 sales I don't have over 600 happy customers?  Well, because I do have a lot of happy return customers too!) If you'd like to see for yourself, please feel free to check my reviews by clicking here.

Most used items I sell have been worn by me and by my little muses (my two daughters), also known as the official models for Chocolatine Boutique's handmade products.  Additionally, some items for sale in the Closet have never been worn and might still have the tags on.

Please expect normal wear on pre-loved items.  I do my best to mention and photograph any flaws (if any) on the individual product page.  All items will be shipped clean (washed with dye-free laundry detergent and a double rinse).

Here is a list of the different labeling of the products' condition:

BRAND NEW – New items, never worn and in perfect condition. 
IMMACULATE – Minimally worn item in perfect condition.
GENTLY WORN – Item showing slight imperfections or signs of wear. 
FAIR – Moderately worn item with imperfections, still fit for wear. 
VINTAGE – Designer piece circa 1920 – 1990. 

I try to be fair when pricing my items.  A lot of different factors influence the prices such as the condition, the designer and the fact that most of them were  purchased in Europe (Euro prices), therefore, all prices are non-negotiable.  Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the nature of the products no refunds/returns/exchange will be accepted.  Please make sure you read all the information about the products and looked at all the pictures.  Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions.

How to buy

Please send me a message at nathalie@chocolatineboutique.com and I will reserve the item for you.  I will then send you an invoice via PayPal including the price of the item + the shipping fees.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase via PayPal only.  You do not need to open a PayPal account in order to use PayPal.  You can click the option of paying with a credit card and by-pass setting up an account.

Shipping

I generally ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. 
USPS Priority Mail shipments include a tracking number and insurance.

SHIPPING FEES INCLUDE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. I ship internationally. (Please note: Any taxes, tariffs and/or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer). Please note that all shipping fees include postal services rates, packaging and handling. THANK YOU!



Shipping fees are as follow:

USA  $8.00 usd (+ $3.00 usd if shipped with another item)

Canada $9.00 usd (+ $3.00 usd if shipped with another item)

Everywhere Else $12.00 (+ $4.00 usd if shipped with another item)

Item(s) are shipped from an APO address (US military overseas). Please note that shipments from an APO address take a little longer than domestic mail and have to go through customs (which can delay shipping time as well). If you need express shipment, please contact me BEFORE you place the order and I will add the extra shipping charges. (Please note that by using a different method of shipment, the costs will increase and will be the responsibility of the buyer). 



Items will be shipped within 3 days of cleared payment.

All shipments will be sent to confirmed PayPal addresses unless otherwise requested by the buyer (please contact me by email nathalie@chocolatineboutique.com BEFORE you place your order)

In rare cases when the shipment is damaged by postal services, seller will have to ship the item(s) back to Chocolatine's Walk-In Closet for a refund (minus the shipping fees). Shipping fees for return will be the responsibility of the buyer. NO EXCEPTION  

In rare cases when the shipment is lost by postal services, Chocolatine's Walk-In Closet will file a claim with USPS and issue a refund for the item(s) minus the shipping fees once USPS has approved and re-funded the amount insured. NO EXCEPTION
